1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ReplicaVox voice cloning and text-to-speech platform ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use ReplicaVox.

2. Service Overview

ReplicaVox is an advanced AI-powered voice modulator, voice changer, and text-to-speech synthesis platform that allows users to generate realistic, high-fidelity audio outputs from text prompts or uploaded audio samples. A registered user account is required to access advanced capabilities, generate custom developer API keys, configure settings, and manage voice clone slots.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ReplicaVox responsibly, ethically, and only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to:

• Impersonate any real person or celebrity without their explicit, written, and legally valid consent.
• Create, edit, or distribute misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, illegal, or harmful audio content.
• Violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or publicity rights of any third-party individual or company.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or exploit the service via automated APIs, bots, or custom scripting mechanisms outside of our official developer API.
• Use ReplicaVox for any activity that violates any applicable local, federal, or international laws.

ReplicaVox enforces a strict "Good Purpose" voice safety policy. We reserve the absolute right to terminate or suspend user access immediately upon detecting unethical usage or non-consensual voice model cloning.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

You retain all rights and ownership of the original text prompts you submit and the synthetic audio outputs you generate. By uploading a voice sample to create a voice clone model, you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary legal rights and permissions to clone the target voice. ReplicaVox is not liable for legal actions arising from unauthorized or non-consensual voice cloning performed by users.

All ReplicaVox software, neural network architectures, web layouts, branding assets, logos, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of ReplicaVox and its licensors.

5. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To protect system stability and guarantee equal availability for all active accounts, ReplicaVox may enforce standard rate limits, request thresholds, or temporary speed limitations. Abusing public endpoints or bypassing rate controls may trigger temporary IP bans or permanent account suspension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ReplicaVox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, stability, uptime, or exact audio fidelity of the generated voices or system endpoints. Use of the service is completely at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplicaVox and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform. In no case shall our total liability exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any actions related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the platform operator. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to exclusive resolution within those local courts.
