• Audio Files & Voice Models: Voice samples you upload to create voice clones are processed securely. Cloned voice models are preserved so that you can reuse them. You maintain absolute control and can delete them at any time.
• Text Inputs: Text prompts submitted to generate audio are processed and saved in your secure generation history to allow history lookup.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous technical parameters (such as browser agents, rendering speeds, and viewport size) may be gathered to guide server scaling.
• Security Data: Client IP addresses and routing metrics are logged briefly to defend against API abuse or DDoS attempts.

3. How We Use Data

We use the collected parameters strictly to operate, scale, and optimize the ReplicaVox services. Specifically, we:

• Synthesize custom voices and format speech outputs.
• Track and deduct character usages from your monthly subscription quota.
• Identify and patch system bugs or improve synthesis response times.
• Exforce strict compliance with our Acceptable Use policies to prevent fraudulent deepfakes.

ReplicaVox will never sell, lease, or license your private audio recordings, cloned voice profiles, or prompt data to any advertising company or external business.

4. Data Encryption & Security

All uploaded files, active voice clones, and user profiles are stored on our secure servers utilizing industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest. All API communications and dashboard interactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols in transit. We continuously audit our infrastructure for security vulnerabilities.

5. Account Deletion & Right to be Forgotten

You hold the absolute right to delete your ReplicaVox account at any time. When you select account deletion, all associated files, voice prints, voice clone models, metadata logs, and prompt histories are immediately and permanently erased from our live databases. Backups are completely recycled within 30 days.
